こちらキツラノ にあるコンドミニアムのワンベッドルーム、５/1〜入居できる方を募集中です！
場所はキツラノビーチまで歩いて１０分くらいで着きます。近所におしゃれなカフェやダララマもあり、とても便利です。
一番栄えている４thまでは歩いて約十分です。とても静かで住み心地の良い場所です。
＊デポジットはRentの半分
→デポジットをお支払い頂いた時点でお部屋を確保する形になります。
＊水道・光熱費・WifiすべてRentに含む
＊キッチンは他のルームメイトとシェア
値段は月1000ドル、デポジット500です。

〇4/13以降から5月末まで空きます
通常1か月1000ドルで貸し出していますが今回短期(6週間)の募集のため1200ドルです
2ベッド、2バスルームのマスタールームにカップルで住んでいて、セカンドルームの募集です。トータル3人でのシェアになります。
- brentwood stationから徒歩約5分(brentwood mallがあるので映画館やレストラン等近くに色々あります)
- 専用バスルーム&トイレ付き。キッチンとリビングのみ 共有になります。リビングに大きめのTVあり (amazon prime/Netflix/ディズニープラスみれます)
- インターネット、ランドリー等光熱費全て込み
- キッチン用品ほぼ揃っています、調味料なども必要な場合使ってもらって大丈夫です。
特に細かいルールなどはありません。
