Hello, I have a 3 bedroom basement suite fully furnished that I am currently renting out as Homestay but the students are moving out soon. Bedroom 1 is a large room with a half bathroom ensuite (no shower) and 2 queen size beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 full size beds. Each room has a desk/s with lamp, dresser, closet and lots of windows. The suite has a shared full bathroom and in-suite laundry (washer/dryer), well equipped kitchen/dining area equipped with all appliances, gadgets and utensils, fully furnished comfortable living room area with entertainment system, lots of seating and plenty of windows for natural light. High speed Telus Fibre Optik Internet and fully loaded Optik TV cable package, all utilities (heat, water, electricity) are included in the price.

Our place is a short walk or bus if you like to Sperling Station or Lake City and the entire Lower Mainland is yours to discover. Our place is in a beautiful, quiet, family oriented Cul-de-Sac close to parks, walking trails to SFU and Burnaby Lake.
