Shared room on UBC Campus - -Bedrooms are currently available in the Psi Upsilon Fraternity House for May 1st through August 31st.

We are located on the UBC campus across from Thunderbird Arena.

We have single rooms available at $800 a month for a shared triple room, $900 for a shared double room, and $1250 for a single room.

Amenities include ~ 14 ft. projection television ~ 75" TV ~ 2 large living rooms ~ private bathrooms ~ fully furnished bedrooms ~ A private lounge ~ and many others... - All bedrooms are furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk. - Some rooms have private washroom facilities including a sink, shower, and toilet, while others have shared facilities. - Rent price includes garbage, water, electricity, heat, high-speed wireless internet, HD cable TV and meals during the week.

Hi there, I need to go back to my home country from April 1st to June 1st and I’m subletting my room. It comes with furniture, full equipment kitchen, in suite laundry. Location is pretty commercial. 10 min far away from Joyce collingwood and Nanaimo station. 15 mins far away from Patterson station. You will share the unit with my roommate who is invisible :) I barely see her. The rent is 950 CAD + utilities. The average payment of utilities is 100 CAD monthly. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent (share) a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kits Beach and Spanish Banks, just a few meters from the ocean. UBC Campus is also very close and reachable by bus within 20 minutes.

The house location has a wonderful safe neighborhood and is located near all the wonderful Westside beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the room are very large walk-in closet, a separate door to the outside, and close proximity to the warm bathroom and shower.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. Buses to UBC are approximately 3 minutes away. Buses going downtown are 4 minutes away. Rent includes all utilities, super fast internet.
