The apartment is in a building two blocks from the beach and two blocks from Davie street where you can find restaurants, shops, transportation etc.
The room is furnished with a bed, a closet and desk. The rent includes all utilities and wifi.
Only two people will live in this apartment, you with your own room and myself, a quiet, respectful nice latin male. This is an English speaking environment.
