計4人でシェアしていますが、各部屋、各階にバスルームがあるので自分専用のバスルームを利用できます。

築3年のきれいなお家でＡＣも付いています。オーナーさんもきれい好きなこともあり家の中はいつも清潔です。

徒歩3分の場所にBuy Low Food やSubway ジムもあり、
徒歩13分でBonsor Recreation Center
徒歩15分でメトロタウンにもいけてとても便利です。

住んでいる人たちもとても静かで優しいので落ち着いた生活をしたい方にはぴったりのお家だと思います。居心地が良すぎて私も帰国までの2年間はここでお世話になりました。

一年間の契約が望ましいですが、相談も可能だそうです。

a nice furnished room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

Nanaimo St & pandora St This room is shear one kitchen and bath room with other 2 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Pandora St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
