Hello! My name is Lucy Smith. I am a senior who lives in a house near Main Street and Broadway. My sons have moved away, and so I live by myself with a room available for rent. I have had one female Japanese homestay guest before. Because I cannot speak Japanese, I would be willing to let you contact my former homestay guest so that you can get an idea about what my homestay is like.

The room has just become available from March 1st, 2024. It is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, and more. I am looking for a person who will stay in a big, separated living room from Apr. 1st.

The unit is on 28th floor of building so it has an amazing view of Yaletown.
Laundry machine and dryer are in the unit, no limit for using.

Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Saunas and gym are 2nd floor of the building.
As the location is in the center of Yaletown, many restaurants, banks and shops are nearby.

The rent is $900 per month and deposit is the half of the rent.
Minimum contract is for 3 months.
Internet, Hydro are included.
Also toilet papers and laundry detergent will be delivered every month.
