I have had one female Japanese homestay guest before. The unit is on 28th floor of building so it has an amazing view of Yaletown.
Laundry machine and dryer are in the unit, no limit for using.

Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Saunas and gym are 2nd floor of the building.
As the location is in the center of Yaletown, many restaurants, banks and shops are nearby.

The rent is $900 per month and deposit is the half of the rent.
Minimum contract is for 3 months.
Internet, Hydro are included.
Also toilet papers and laundry detergent will be delivered every month.
