私がカナダに初めて来た時からお世話になっているホストファミリーの家の一室が空くことになりました。

パパは元Fairmont hotelのシェフで現在は料理学校の講師として働かれています。毎食とても美味しいご飯が出るので滞在中に私は太りましたが、友達には羨ましがられていました。

完全英語環境ですし、とても親切なファミリーなので、私はホストファミリーに本当にいろいろと助けていただきました。それから早くも10年以上が経ちましたが、今でも仲良くさせていただいています。
(現在は日本人女性が1人ホームステイされていますが、向上心あり、英語への勉強も熱心な方なので、英語での会話もokです。)

(バス停、公園、美容院、カフェ、レストラン、スーパー、薬局などのお店が近くにあり、とても便利な立地にあります。)

-ホームステイですのでハウスルールがあります。門限はありません。
(ゲストは基本的に禁止or事前に要相談、no cooking、ホームステイですので、家族の一員としてテーブルセッティングや食べた後の後片付けなど簡単なお手伝いを率先してできる方が向いていると思います。)

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent (share) a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kits Beach and Spanish Banks, just a few meters from the ocean.

The house location has a wonderful safe neighborhood and is located near all the wonderful Westside beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the room are very large walk-in closet, a separate door to the outside, and close proximity to the warm bathroom and shower.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. Buses to UBC are approximately 3 minutes away. Buses going downtown are 4 minutes away. Rent includes all utilities, super fast internet.
