滞在期間・4月上旬より1年
立地・ダウンタウン、Zone1、もしくは、駅近(最寄り駅から徒歩10分以内)でダウンタウンまで30分以内
家賃・〜＄1100程(Utility・Wifi・ランドリー込)

部屋は、綺麗で清潔感あれば大丈夫です。狭くても大丈夫ですが、勉強が出来る机や椅子、簡単なクローゼットがあると嬉しいです。
出来れば鍵付き・女性専用シェアハウスだと嬉しいです。


土日にて内見可能日あれば、併せて候補日程いただけると助かります。

Hardwood floors, some storage space, nice big living room, and a lovely balcony. 5 total bedrooms, 2 total bathrooms. 4 total tenants plus you. Internet/electricity costs extra.
