Hi I'm just arriving in Vancouver. I have working holidays visa now I'm looking for a place to live. I would like to move on 3/1 or even earlier.
Here are my ideal conditions (could be negotiate)
1. Private room with bed, desk at least, better with private washroom
2. Not in the basement, with share kitchen and living room, Female only
3. Max 15 minutes walk distance to Skytrain, better in Zone one
4. Rent is including Wi-Fi, laundry, and utilities

My budget will be around $1000, could be negotiate with different conditions. I prefer with short-term contract like 3 months at first. Please contact me if you have any information, I really appreciate it.

-One zone only, 15 MIN BY CAR TO THE AIRPORT

-No take over fee. Male or female

- $40/day or $50/day( BIG ROOM, OWN WASROOM), FREE ONE DAY IF STAYING FOR 2 WEEKS
