中国系オーナーの代わりにこちらの物件にお住まいになりたい方を募集しております。

2024年2月より家具付きの広めのお部屋が二部屋入居可能となります。
現在一階と二階で一部屋ずつ空室がございますが、二階は模様替え中のため、お写真は一階のお部屋と設備のみになります。
内見の際にご希望あれば2階のお部屋もご覧いただけます。
2階のお部屋への入居をお選び頂いた場合は、入居日希望日までには模様替えを終えた形でご用意させて頂きます。

オーナーは2階に住んでおり、現在オーナー含む5人で暮らしています。
オーナーはとても友好的な方ですが日本語を話す事ができないので、英語で多少のコミュニケーションがとれる方でお願いします。
今回募集するのは1階または2階のお部屋です。
一階は現在３人、二階は現在２人で住んでいます。
バスルーム、キッチンは共有ですが、一階は改修したばかりなので比較的きれいな状態です。
一階と二階にそれぞれバスルーム、キッチンがあるので一階のお部屋をお選び頂いた場合は下の階の住人４人でシェアして頂き、二階のお部屋をお選び頂いた場合は上の階の住人3人でシェアして頂く予定です。

現在も家の改修作業を行なっているため、玄関や庭、一部の部屋に機材が置かれていますが、ご了承ください。

立地はEast Vancouverで、最寄りのバス停などは以下のようになっております。
