Shared bathroom (but kept clean all the time), private closet, a comfortable single-sized mattress, a dedicated work area with a table and chair, and a stunning view.

All utilities are included (Hydro, Water, Gas, Heat, Internet, Home insurance).

The apartment includes two luxury gyms and 24hrs study& meeting areas.

とても綺麗なお部屋で、必要なものは全て揃っています。

場所は、ロイヤルオーク駅の近くで、Kingsway沿いにあるため、ナイトバスもあります。
メトロタウンにある大きなショッピングモール（メトロポリス）も徒歩圏内です。





シングルベット（ダブルにもできる形のベットデザイン）勉強机、椅子など生活に必要なものは基本的に全て揃っています。

数ヶ月前に全て新しく購入した家具なので、写真からもわかると思いますが、とても綺麗です。

バス、トイレは他1人とシェア、

キッチンは他2名とシェアで、炊飯器、オーブン、電子レンジ、フライパン、鍋など揃っています。

洗濯乾燥機、特に制限などありません。

お皿、フォーク類などもあります。



家賃には、Wi-Fi、光熱費が含まれています。タバコ、ドラッグNGです。

入居日は、2/4以降で可能です。



入居者条件は、家主と住居人の希望で今のところ、女性限定です。現在日本人女性2人が住んでいます。オーナーはとても良い方です！また、オーナーとは一緒に住んでいません。
