Private room for rent for a female student in a House

Single room on the second floor for rent in a share house. This is for a female international student ONLY. Room is available immediately

We are a family of 4, and we live in this house and are renting a bedroom out. The bedroom comes with a shared bathroom, and use of kitchen. The rent includes all utilities and wifi. Shared laundry use once a week and the use of the kitchen to prepare simple meals for yourself. Your room will have a bed, study table and lamp, a dresser, a mini fridge, an electric heater and fan, and linen. In other words, it's fully furnished. You do not need to buy anything. A deposit is required. Minimum 6 month rental. This is for female Students Only.

The house is located in New Westminster across from the NWSS Secondary School, very near the Burnaby Border, on bus lines and 6 minutes to the Skytrain station, and about 40 mins to downtown. Our home is 35 min by bus to the SFU campus at Burnaby Mountain, and also close to BCIT, Surrey Central campuses, and walking distance to Yorkville University, Douglas College, and Sprott Shaw College.

Strictly no smoking, vaping, alcohol use or use of recreational drugs. We are seeking a responsible, clean and tidy student for this room. Please reply to the ad to arrange a viewing.
