Hi. I am writing this post on behalf of the landlord. She is looking for a female tenant who can stay more than 1 year with full-time working (or study) schedule.

The rent is $400 a month including everything and the location is near Renfrew station in Vancouver. Since the rent is very very cheap and house is in a very nice condition, only selected applicants will be contacted.
