部屋はベッド、クローゼットのみですが生活に必要なものはリビング、キッチン、バスルームにある程度揃っています。

リビング、キッチン、バスルーム、洗濯機は共有になります。

29Ave駅までは歩いて5分ぐらいかかります。

家自体はシェアハウスではなく元々2900＄でレンタルしそれを4人で分割して支払いしており、現在は語学学生1人ワーホリ3人で住んでいて、うち1人が帰国する予定なので1部屋分募集しています。既に家自体は契約してあるので契約書だけで、デポジットの支払いの必要はありません。
