Downtown "Master Room" We're looking for someone to move in on February 1st.

$2200 per month (including internet and utilities)
Deposit has half the monthly rental fee + key department.
Sauna, gym, and hot tub are available.
Room and common space furniture, kitchenware, laundry detergent, tissues, and rice are available.
You can use it together with "alone and two people".
The storage space is huge, and the room size is big. You can use a separate bathroom.
Furniture and household items are all ready.

Top location. Library 1 minute. ilac and other language school within 5 minutes
Skytrain: Granville, Vancouver City Centre, 5 mins walk from Chinatown.

ノースバンクーバー、ディープコーブ近くの日本/カナダ人家庭の一軒家のベースメントに住んで頂ける方一名(女性希望)を募集しています。

ベッドルーム、バスルーム、キッチンは専用で、玄関と洗濯乾燥機はシェアです。なるべく長期をお願いしたいですが、入居日と滞在期間はご相談に応じます。ホームステイもご希望があれば、ご相談に応じます。

ベッドルームには机、椅子、ベッド、暖房が備え付けで、キッチンには冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気調理器、炊飯器などがあり、食器類も全て揃っています。

パーティー、喫煙、ドラッグ、ペットはご遠慮いただくようお願いします。

家からバス停までワンブロックで、朝夕はダウンタウン直行のバスも出ています。ディープコーブのビレッジまで徒歩圏内、シーモア山も近いので、アウトドア好きな方にはとてもいい環境です。過去にはキャピラノ大学、ダウンタウンに通学された方、シーモアのリゾートで働いた方などが入居されています。

家賃はwifI込みで月$750、ダメージデポジットは$375でお願いします。光熱費は家全体の1/4でお願いしたいので、一年を通じて多少変動がありますが、月にすると$50-100前後になります。(請求書が来た時に毎回それをお見せするので、家賃と合わせてお支払いください)
