Hi, I'm a female professional from Japan. I'm looking for a private room in Richmond with a budget around $600-800 all included(wifi/water etc). I will consider other locations too if it can meet my budget and have good access to Skytrain station.

I'm hoping to have a private room with a key and a window. Ideally, I can share a kitchen and bath.
It would be great if the house/apartment has more than one bathroom to share.
