Hey, my name's Matthew. I'm looking for a female room mate for late December, or January 1st, 2024. The rent will be $850.00, with half a months rent deposit ($425.00). Minimum stay is 1 month, but longer stays are preferable. The room has a bed, a smart-tv, a mini fridge, a desk, a dresser, a closet, and a private restroom. Wifi / internet is free, and utilities / hydro is free. The laundry room is shared with the other people in the building. I'm looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and nice.
