Mount Pleasant Share House *Females only*

A share house near DT will be available from December 27th in a private room!

The location is just steps from the 12th and Kingsway. Kingsway x Fraser is just past the big park. There are new shops, cafes and restaurants. The Yoga Studio is also a 3-minute walk away.

There are also many nice cafes, restaurants and cute shops on Main Street, 3 blocks away. There is a mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping, and the Asian Grocery store (Kim's Mart) is within walking distance, so you can buy Japanese food cheaper than others.

* Rent:

Room 1: $ 750 December 27th

Internet, hydro, laundry all included
* Deposit: Half price of Rent
* Share kitchen, bathroom, living / dining.
* We are looking for people who can live from December 27th.
* Furnished private room, keyed, room with 2 windows, queen size bed, large desk, closet, nightstand, and plenty of space for yoga.
