アパートの隣には公園があり、徒歩圏内にコンビニや飲食店が多数ありとても便利な立地です。
リビングルームのシェアですがパーテーションで区切られていてプライベートは確保されています。
ベッド、クローゼット、テーブルは部屋にあります。
調理器具などは揃っており、インターネットと光熱費は含まれています。
ルームメイトは現在カナダ人男性１人と日本人男性１人です。
シャワー等は何時でも使えます。
家の中では禁煙でお願いします。
毎週交代で掃除をしています。
住所は5932 Patterson Ave, Burnabyです。
