We are looking for a responsible, reliable, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent (share) a beautiful, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kits Beach and Spanish Banks, just a few meters from the ocean. The house has a wonderful neighborhood and is located near all the wonderful Westside beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the room are very large walk-in closet, a separate door to the outside, and close proximity to the warm bathroom and shower.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a 'no-nonsense' student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. Buses to UBC are approximately 3 minutes away. Buses going downtown are also 4 minutes away. Rent includes all utilities, super fast internet, and laundry.
