場所はバンクーバーのGarden Drive x Triumph　Stです。
家からHastings St x Nanaimo Stのバス停までは3分くらいです。
１３５番のExpressバスでも行けます。ダウンタウンまでは８分です。
バスは１３５番のExpress Busです。　
朝毎4〜5分に一本です。Night BusはN35もあります。
そのほかに１０番と１６番のバスも有り、バス 1 本で ダウンタウンまで１ゾーンです。
または家からDundas St x Nanaimo Stのバス停（４番、７番）までは徒歩１分です。
ダウンタウンまでは１2分です。
London Drugs, TD Bank, Royal Bank,八百屋など、家から徒歩で３〜４分です。
３階建てコンドの３階合計３Big Roomsの貸し部屋になります。
洗濯機、乾燥機は無料でご自由使えます。
生活用品完備、家具、寝具は家についていますので，スーツケース一つで入居できます。
Dining Room、台所、浴室は合計女性３人でシェアです。
