5 minute walk to Nanaimo Station. Shared accom with 3 males 3 females. 2 bathrooms. Huge kitchen with lots of counter/cupboard space. 2 full fridges. evrything you need cooking wise- lots of spices,ingredients and full supply of dishes/glasses/cookware/pots pans etc. microwave toaster dishwasher coffeemaker rice cooker
if you like to cook you will appreciate having just the little things that many other places would not have-
flour,butter,oil,spices,lots and lots of basic things that are not really worth mentioning-but check out other places you want to compare with- see what they have. none of our cupboards are empty.
CLEAN and QUIET ( not always quiet we do have fun)I live here ( vancouver born white male) so I only accept honest,respectful,clean ( and fun/friendly)people.
we have a good mix of people mexican german japanese canadian
ages from 22-40. the people living here is one of the main things that helps make this a great place to live
I prefer not too young,but age in not important, student is best.female preferred

this room is quiet. new-6 month old very good quality Single bed. new sheets/comforter-also good quality( best bed in the house!)
small window faces South onto garden area.
mirror on one wall. desk+chair. side table, dresser
big closet. very nice quiet comfortable room.

bedding,towels, toilet paper,soap,cleaning supplies etc
free WIFI.includes electricity/heat etc
free laundry-you buy your own soap
clean up after yourself. do you dishes. everyone takes turns cleaning once every 2 weeks
