I am a native of Vancouver BC. The room is very neat with personal bathroom, laundry and well equipped kitchen. This is my inherited family house We want someone decent and friendly to take up the room. The rent is $700 monthly ( utilities included) and the lease agreement is month to month. Safe and convenient Renfrew Height neighbourhood in Vancouver - around 17 Avenue and Nootka Street. 5 minutes walk to bus stops, Renfrew Community Centre and library. Approx. 10 minutes walk to skytrain stations and Superstore.

Minimum 6 months stay. Full bathroom is shared with a young female worker. Kitchen, living room and cable TV are shared with one more international student.

$828 a month. WiFi and some utilities are included, you only pay 1/3 of this floor's Hydro bill and 1/5 of the house's Gas Bill (current monthly average: around $38 per person). . If you only cook simple, mild and low-fat meals; take turns cleaning common areas; do not take drugs or smoke tobacco, marijuana; please share a bit about yourself.
