This’s a fully furnished 2 bedroom house with one bedroom available for anyone male or female interested. My name is Pierre, 28 years. I was born and brought up in Vancouver BC. The house is located at 5896 Lincoln St,   Vancouver, BC V5R 4P7. The room is very neat with personal bathroom, laundry and well equipped kitchen. We want someone polite and friendly to take up the room. The rent is $650 monthly and a security deposit of $150 and the lease agreement is month to month. Utilities included. This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 2 tenants 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center

10月1日から入居できる日本人の方1名を探しております。家は二階建てで、２階にオーナーが住んでおり、一階がシェアハウスとなります。オーナーの住んでる2階と玄関口は異なるので会うことは滅多にありません。
シェアハウスは日本人男性２名と住んで頂きます。

場所はスカイトレインのナナイモ駅からバスで5分、バス停も3分程度の距離です。
共有スペースはキッチン、トイレ、洗面所、ランドリー乾燥機となります。
共有スペースは日頃から綺麗にしているので、綺麗好きな方大歓迎です。

Rent: $800（ネット、光熱費込み）
Deposit:$400

部屋にはベッド、机、イス、クローゼットが備えられています。
