This is a second room located 1 minutes away from Stadium Station!

Costco 2minute ,
T&T Mart 1 minute where food ingredients are cheap,
convenience store 15-second
Liquor Store 2 minutes
So it is able to shop often whenever need

It is also close to the Public Library (VPL), great for those studying or working on a laptop!

And the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym are very large and well-equipped compared to other condos🏊🏊‍♀️

The room is large and has hardwood floors, making cleaning easy!
including pillows, bed and blankets.
A large closet to store luggage and clothes,
There is a fan, desk, chair, drawer, and hair dryer.

All kitchen utensils such as basic tableware, rice cooker, dish, tongs, ladles, scissors, pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, spoons, forks and knives are provided.

The full-length glass windows provide a view of the building’s garden,
The sun shines really well and it’s cool if you open the window!
It's dark enough if you close the blinds!

Internet, hydro support

The minimum is 4 months.

We are looking for someone who can move into 1 Bed in a shared room (This room is for 2 people, only 1 available).

Rent: $580 + $60 utilities (electricity, gas, wifi)

- MALE must be clean and tidy. (Sharing a room with another Japanese man)

- who can keep clean , easy going, friendly, polite and WELL Co-operative.
- who NOT Party that make loud noises that disturb the neighbors (prohibited)
- who NOT smoking (including marijuana), No pets

Self-contained, Oak 2 unfurnished BR garden level, clean and bright V5Z1V5

Oak Street area, Vancouver West, UBC, Downtown V6K 1Z7, located half a block east of Oak Street on West 17th.

2-bedroom unfurnished suite facing south located on the ground floor of a house. The house is on the west side of Vancouver in a quiet residential area within walking distance of RBC banks, shops, restaurants, and Safeway (25th Avenue). Approximate 15 minutes by bus to downtown, UBC (25th bus). Walking distance to VGH. The maximum number of tenants is 2.

The monthly rent does not include utilities or internet. The utility cost is about $50 to $70 per month, and the student Internet cost is cheaper. Non-coin-operated washers and dryers are available. One reserved parking in the backyard.

No pets, late parties, smokers, illegal drug users, or heavy drinkers. The premises promote a healthier environment with no smoking or holding of lighted tobacco or cannabis and using an e-cigarette or other vaping devices.

Previous landlord/employer reference required.
