1部屋(クローゼットとデンのようなストレージ、ダブルベッド、机)、専用トイレ、シャワールームはもう1人の住人と共有、リビングとキッチンは全員で共有、洗濯乾燥は制限なしです。
wifi 光熱費は月毎に3当分して払います。
今は日本人とジャパニーズカナディアン(共に20半ば)が住んでいて、共用部、部屋共に綺麗です。会話は日英ミックスです。
