This is a relatively new building with completion date 2021 July. The condo is very well maintained and is kept clean.

I am renting out a second bed room and a private bathroom.

Only the Kitchen and living room will be a shared space between you and me.

You are more than welcome to hang out in the living room as long as reasonably quiet.

You will be given PLENTY of private cabinet spaces in the kitchen

An occasional visit of one or two guest MAX is allowed with good reason.

About me:

I am a Korean-Canadian male working full time as a store manager. I lived in Canada for 24 years and love practicing a healthy lifestyle. You can find me spending my free time cooking Korean dishes, working out, practicing yoga, and reading books.

I am easy going, well mannered and personable. I do not tolerate putting others at discomfort and I expect the same from my roommate.

I like to keep my living space clean and tidy. Thus I vacuum and do a garbage run once a week to ensure living room feels pleasant and stress free environment. Cleanliness in kitchen is my top priority as well. I always make sure to leave the area with no left overs and stains after each use.

On a side note I am a big fan of Japanese raw denim and thus most of my wardrobe is Japanese made clothes!!

バンクーバーに来てから約2年半お世話になったホームステイ先を退去するため、次の入居者を募集しています。ホストファミリーはとても気さくで明るいフィリピン人の3人家族です。クリスマスなどのイベントがある際は、料理好きなマザーがホームパーティーに誘ってくれます。

・部屋 : 2階の個室

Hello! My name is Leslie, and I'm a woman in my early 30s. I'll be starting my studies in Vancouver in May and am currently in search of a simple and clean long-term rental.

I'm looking for a room with no windows, preferably in the downtown area. My expected move-in date is May 1st, and my budget is a maximum of $1000. I don't smoke or party and lead a fairly quiet and simple lifestyle. While I only speak a little Japanese, communicating in English is not a problem.
