Semi-furnished 2 or for rent in midtown Vancouver (Marpole Area). Starting January 1st. Steps away from Nesters Market and Macdonald's and plenty of restaurants and shops. The space has a separate door access from the garage. Laundry is on premises inside the garage. There are 2 large bedrooms and a smaller one we are using as storage. If you also want to use it, we can negotiate a price for the extra room. The living room is large and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was just renovated. 築一年未満のアパートのマスターベッドルームで部屋にバスルームが付いています。エリアはRenfrew Heightsで、徒歩1分圏内に25番と27番のバス停があり、徒歩2分ほどでスーパーがある好立地の物件です。
現在私を含めて日本人三名でシェアしており、ルームメイト2人はBCITの学生です。
