Guest will have access to kitchen, and laundry. The tenant also has their own personal refrigerator. The home is finely furnished, situated in a nice neighbourhood and is extremely safe.

This is a friendly lively family environment.

We would like to rent this suite to student or working professional that is looking for a private and temporary room for themselves in the Richmond area.

About the bathroom mate. This rooms shares a bathroom with our mature Japanese girl. She is often on the go, traveling or working. She is extremely clean and is hoping to share the washroom with someone who shares that standard.
