注意物件です。住まないほうがいいです。
キッチンを共有するシェアハウスなのでBC州の賃貸トラブルに関する法律も無効です。それを利用してオーナーはアジア人差別、部屋に勝手に入る、荷物を隠す、リビングルームにいて監視してくるなど様々な嫌がらせをしてきてテナントに早期退去をさせ、デポジットを返金しません。
オーナー自身が”英語ができない気弱そうなアジア人しか選ばない”と言っていたそうです。実際、内見に来る人はみなさん物静かそうなアジア系の女性たちでした。私の知る限り、4人は被害者がいます。お金と時間を無駄にしたくない方は住まないことをおすすめします。
