・デポジットをお支払い頂いた時点で契約書を作成し、お部屋を確保させて頂きます。。
・デポジットはご退去の際に、お部屋の破損・汚損なければ、全額返金されます
・ベッド、デスク、収納など家具はオーナー側で準備させていただきます。
・キッチン・バスルームは他のルームメイトとシェアとなります。

家賃は月額1400ドル(WiFi、光熱費、家具、駐車場を含む)

リビングルームにはなりますが、大きなバルコニー、書斎、クローゼットを使えます。

キッチンとバスルームは共用

・海が見える公園、カフェ、スーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内にあります。

バルコニーでの喫煙は許可されています(私は喫煙しません)。

・友達を家に連れてくるときは、話し合う必要があります。

・マンションには図書館、ピアノ、屋上、映画館があります


I am looking for a new roommate. You will be living with me, making it two people in total.

You can move in starting August 1st, but it is okay to start bringing in your belongings from the second half of July.

・The location is between Robson Street and Cardero Street.
It is in downtown.

・The apartment has an auto-lock system.
The rent is $1400 per month (including WiFi, utilities, furniture, and parking).

・You will have access to a spacious living room, a large balcony, a den, and a closet.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared.

・A park with an ocean view, cafes, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony (I do not smoke).

・When bringing friends to the house, a discussion is necessary.

・There is a library, a piano, and a movie theater in the apartmen

I’m Kodai Yanagisawa, a working holiday participant from Japan, currently in Vancouver. I'm not a smoker.I’m interested in your listed property and believe it could be a great fit for me.

I’ve been living in a homestay, where I am known for being tidy, respectful, and easy-going.

Could we arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience? I’m generally available on every Monday-Friday between 2am- 7pm.

I plan to move in from around July 17th.
