当物件は上記の通り29th駅から近くとても便利な場所にあります。
いわゆる住宅街にあり、周辺はとても落ち着いた雰囲気です。
オーナーは（現在けがをして入院中、内覧はおそらくオーナーの旦那さんが
対応されます）、とても親切でフレンドリーです。
ルームメイトも女性３名で、落ち着いた素敵な方ばかりです。
ちなみにこの部屋からはダウンタウンの夜景が見えるのもおすすめポイントかもしれません。
