Thanks for your interest, allow me to introduce myself, My name is Dylan, I currently have 1 private bedroom available with 1 washroom. The Main floor will be occupied by me and my wife. We are a quiet young Asian couple and are excited to rent our basement space to you!

- Please provide a brief introduction about yourself and how long you plan to stay is appreciated.
- You will be living with other students in the same shared basement unit in your own private rooms with a private door lock.
- This home located in a very quiet residential area
- The home is very clean.
- Private basement entrance.


Furnished Bedroom Suite:

- A single bed with bedding sets with a blanket, a study desk, desk lamp and a chair. A closet in the room.
- In house with a Washer and Dryer to use.
- Kitchen Stove , microwave and a Fridge to use. Cookware and cutlery, Toaster, Hot water kettle and a Rice cooker will be provided.
- Dining Essentials Set will be provided ( cups, plates, bowls, chopsticks knifes, forks, and spoons etc..)
- Electricity, water, gas, internet, heating and laundry fees are included in the rent.



Location:

Nearest intersection ( 15th Ave & Wright street in Burnaby.)
Bus: nearest bus stop ( 2 Blocks away on 16th Ave and Wright street )



Transportation and local amenities :

- 1 bus stop will take you to the closest sky train station (Lougheed or Edmonds sky train station).
- 1 block away from bus stop
- walking distance to nearby by Safeway grocery store and restaurants such as subway, pizza, pho, Starbucks, High Five chicken and Sushi.



Terms & conditions:

- $800 per month.
- $400 Security deposit
- A minimum 3 months but prefer a longer stay.

We are a women-only room, with one Korean and japaness living here.

This is Yaletown area in Downtown.
no one is living in living room
Downtown Hmart / IGA is 1 minute walk.
There is a new gym, steam sauna, and hot tub.
There is an outdoor space on the 5th floor where residents can relax.
It is safe as there is a 24-hour concierge.
Vancouver City Center and Yaletown Station are both close by.
There is a washing machine and dryer you can use it comfortably.
