家主はカナディアンのお母さん40代で、小学生のお子さんがいます。オーナーさんファミリーは普段自分の部屋がリビングにいますが、個室と個人バスルームがあるのでご自身のプライバシーはきちんと確保できます。
また何年も日本人を受け入れているオーナーさんなので、ホストマザーのように優しくて、車で買い物や書類の手続きなどに連れて行ってくれます。
また、ご飯付ではないですが、結構な頻度でご飯を用意してくださります。
最寄りのSuppertonまでは10分くらい、近くにはスーパー、カフェ、ドラッグストア、スタバ、レストランなどもあり便利です。

ハウスルールや門限もなく、かなり自由で洗濯や料理も何時でも大丈夫です。
ランドリーは部屋の前にあり、オーナーさんが洗剤や柔軟剤を買ってくださっているのでそれを使えます。

家具はベッド、机、椅子、小さい棚（鍵付きなので貴重品を入れれます）大きなクローゼットがついていて、スーツケースだけで入居できます。
