My friend used to live here and was sexually harassed and blackmailed by landlord.
She said that a Canadian man,a Japanese woman and their son live there.
The owner has listed their house on Craigslist.(6018 Alberta street Vancouver)
The owner is huge liar and specifically chooses girls in their early 20years old who dont speak English very well.The house is very clean and the rent is cheap but living there is terrible.

My friend said i signed a contract but i can only stay for one month and they wont return the deposit.The owner is using a fake name and if you search his real name on Google you will find that he was arrested for fraud in 2012.

I understand that those who have been victimized might want to forget this incident and not think about it anymore but if you feel comfortable please leave a comment on this post.

All of there actions are criminal.There must have been hundreds of victims by now.
Lets not suffer in silence and fight together ladies!

The rapid bus (R5) leaves from right in front of the building and will take you to downtown in about 20 minutes. The private bathroom is highly recommended for couples or 2 friends moving in together!
