This’s a well furnished room with all utilities included in the rent. This’s a luxury room for any that can afford to pay the rent and enjoy all the facilities. It’s in a good Location and easy access to the bus stop. The rent is $850 monthly. Lease contract is month to month. No strict house rules and I’ll prefer someone who has lived in a shared house before. The house requires to be maintained properly.
