静かで治安の良い住宅地です。

家の近くには、世界各国のレストラン日本料理も八店舗ありStarbucks,　Subway、Dollar Shop、Safeway、Sungiven Foods（日本の納豆やお味噌などが販売されています）、銀行、バス停まで徒歩３〜５分程度。図書館、大きな公園、プール、なども徒歩圏内です。
R5のエクスプレス・バスは朝5分に一本、 深夜はナイトバスN35が利用できます。
130番：Metrotownまで20分です。North Vancouverまで8分です。

部屋は2階で、1階にはオーナー夫婦2人が住んでいます。
住居スペースは全て改装したてで、
生活用品完備、家具、寝具、ベッド、デスク全部新品です。

洗濯、乾燥機があります。

Room Eには日本人女性が住んでいます。浴室はRoomWと2人でシェアします。
Room Wは10/21から空きます。家賃$ 850. 浴室はRoomEと2人でシェアします。
Room Nには専用浴室があります。10/10 から空きます。家賃＄1200
　
ノンスモーカー、ノーペット、綺麗好きな女性の方を募集しています。
１．部屋の予約には半月分のデポジットが必要です。
２．タバコは室内も庭も禁止です。パーティーと大きな音楽もご遠慮下さい。
３. 5ヶ月又は5ヶ月以上のステイが必要です。
４．出る時は1ヶ月前に知らせる必要があります
５．シャワーは午後 11 時まで使用可能です。
