This ground-floor suite in a house has two rooms in total, and you'll be sharing with only one other non-smoking female tenant.

Millennium lineの始点の

- Close Superstore, Walmart, Save on Food supermarket
- The room is rented to one person only, female only (shared bathroom with a Korean girl)
- Fully furnished with internet/water/electricity/head.
- Laundry once a week.
- The room fee is $900. No meals are included in the room fee (shared kitchen with other 3 tenants)
- No pets, No drugs, No smoking, No alcohol, No party, and No visitors allowed in the house.
- Minimum 3 months' stay.
- A %50 deposit is required.
