家は一軒家となっています。家主は優しいイタリア人おじいさんです。家主は2階に住んでおり、一階に5人の男性、一人一人部屋があるのでプライベート空間です。バスとトイレが一つだけなので共有で住んでいます。

家具付き、（机、ベッド、ドレッサーなど）光熱費込み、ランドリーはコイン式で毎回＄2.25かかります。（ドライヤーも＄2.25）なので一回のランドリーには＄4.5必要です。

インターネットwifiは別料金$19.6

キッチンには炊飯器、電子レンジ、オーブントースターなどのキッチン用の電化製品や食器、鍋、フライパン等がそろっています。

ほかのルームメイトも住んでいますのでno party うるさくしすぎないようにお願いします。　

近所にはスーパー、レストラン、古着屋、公園、コミュニティーセンターなどがありますので生活には不自由ないと思います。

20番のバスもすぐあります。
コマーシャルブロードウェイ駅まで徒歩15分ほどです。

The house is a detached home. The landlord is a kind, elderly Italian man who lives on the second floor. There are 5 men living on the first floor, each with their own private room. There is only one shared bathroom and toilet.

The room is furnished (desk, bed, dresser, etc.), and utilities are included. Laundry is coin-operated, costing $2.25 per load (and $2.25 for the dryer), so $4.50 total for one laundry cycle.

Internet WiFi is a separate fee of $19.60.

The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, as well as dishes, pots, and pans.

Since other roommates are living here, please refrain from having parties and avoid making excessive noise.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, thrift stores, parks, and a community center nearby, so you should have everything you need for daily life.

Bus #20 is close by, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to Commercial-Broadway Station.
