お世話になります。
私は語学学校に通う日本人女性です。
11月30日、もしくは12月1日から約4ヶ月利用可能なシェアハウスを探しています。

私の希望するお部屋の条件とプロフィールは以下の通りです。

【希望するお部屋の条件】
●お家賃：730‐850カナダドル（光熱費・wifi込み）
●滞在期間：2024年11月30日、もしくは12月1日チェックイン
　　 　　　2025年3月24日チェックアウト予定
※11月30日土曜日の朝にホストファミリーの家をチェックアウトします。もし、前日の29日の午後から荷物を部屋にスーツケースを置かせていただけますと助かります。その場合は11月29日からの契約でも可能です。
●場所：WATERFRONT駅・GRANVILLE駅・BURRARD駅から30分〜40分で通学できるイーストバンクーバー（必ずしもイーストバンクーバーでなくても可能です）ZONE1エリア希望

●部屋のサイズが気にしませんが、個室でキッチン・シャワー・トイレ共有であること。TOEICの勉強もしたいので、勉強机が大きめであること、ガラス製でなく、大きめで木製かプラスチック製だと嬉しいです。
●自炊を心がけてますので、電子レンジ・炊飯器が備わっていて冷蔵庫が大きめだと助かります。
●退去後のTake overなしの条件を希望します。


【プロフィール】
●日本の埼玉県生まれ、愛知県育ちの40代の女性です。
●観光ビザで10月上旬から来年3月下旬まで語学学校に通います。
●カナダでアルバイトはしていません。
●学校の授業のスケジュールは固定されていませんが、日本の社会人の時から毎朝6時半〜７時に起床、夜は23時前後に寝るという習慣がついてますので、規則正しい生活を心がけています。
●現在滞在中のホームステイ先では、週に1度洗濯をし、部屋のベッドや机は整理整頓して、ゴミの分別も守っています。共有のトイレとシャワーは清潔に保ち、髪の毛のチェック、ガラスドアが曇らないように水滴を拭くことを意識しています。ルームメイトとマナーを守りながら気持ちよく共有することを心がけています。
●お酒はほとんど飲みません（お祝いの場ではグラス1杯程度飲んだりします。）
●友達やクラスメイトを部屋に連れ込んで騒ぎません。
●言うまでもなく、ドラッグにも無縁です。
●性格はあまり社交的ではなく、長年接客サービスの仕事をしてきたため、人一倍相手に気を使うタイプです。そのため、よく知らない知り合いと集まって外で遊ぶと気を使い過ぎて疲れてしまうので、気の知れた数人の友達と穏やかな時間を過ごす方が好きです。
●動物は、犬と猫なら、犬派です。

I am a Japanese woman attending a language school.

I am looking for a share house that can be used for about 4 months from November 30th or December 1st.

The conditions and profile of my desired room are as follows.

【Desired room conditions】
●Rent: 730-850 Canadian dollars(including utilities and wifi)
●Stay period: Check-in on November 30th or December 1st, 2024
Check-out on March 24th, 2025
※I will check out of my host family's house on the morning of Saturday, November 30th. If you could let me put my suitcase in the room from the afternoon of the 29th, the day before, it would be helpful. In that case, I can also sign a contract from November 29th.

●Location: I would like to live in the ZONE1 area, where I can commute to school in 30 to 40 minutes from WATERFRONT Station, GRANVILLE Station, or BURRARD Station (it doesn't necessarily have to be East Vancouver, but it's possible as long as it's zone 1).
●I don't mind the size of the room, but I would like it to be a private room with shared kitchen, shower, and toilet. I would like to study for the TOEIC, so I would like the desk to be large and made of wood or plastic, not glass.
●I try to cook my own meals, so it would be helpful if there was a microwave and rice cooker, and a large refrigerator.
●I would like to live without any take-over after moving out.

【Profile】
●I am a woman in my 40s born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and raised in Aichi Prefecture.
●I will be attending a language school from early October to late March next year on a tourist visa.
●I am not working part-time in Canada.

●My school schedule is not fixed, but since I started working in Japan, I have been in the habit of waking up between 6:30 and 7:00 every morning and going to bed around 11:00 p.m., so I try to lead a regular life.

●At my current homestay, I do laundry once a week, keep my bed and desk in order, and separate my garbage. I keep the shared toilet and shower clean, check my hair, and wipe off any water droplets so that the glass door does not fog up. I try to share my room with my roommate while following good manners.

●I rarely drink alcohol (I may drink about one glass on special occasions).

●I do not bring friends or classmates into my room to make noise.

●Needless to say, I have no connection to drugs.

●I'm not a very sociable person, and having worked in customer service for many years, I am the type who is more considerate of others than most. Therefore, if I get together with acquaintances I don't know well and go out to play, I get tired from being too careful, so I prefer to spend peaceful time with a few close friends.

●If I had to choose between dogs and cats, I prefer dogs.
