３bed２bathのタウンハウスの広めのベットルームが一部屋空きます。
フィリピン人のオーナーがマスターに住んでおり、もう一人のベットルームに韓国人女性が住んでいます。バスルームは韓国人女性とシェアです。

場所は バンクーバーのWillow & 16th Aveの近くです。とても便利なところです。
ダウンタウンまで車だと5-10分くらいで、バスだと20分くらいかかります。
とても綺麗なダグラスパークが近くにあり、UBC行きのバス停が家の目の前にあります。ブロードウェイの駅までは徒歩で１５分ほどです。

ハードウッドの床、ダブルベッド、机、椅子、ドレッサーとクローゼットなどがあります。
キッチン、ランドリー、バスルーム、リビングはシェアなので綺麗好きの人が好ましいです。

入居日: １１月１日から
