I’m looking for a Japanese female roommate to share a living room, available from November 1st. I already have a Japanese woman as a roommate, which is why this is a women-only arrangement. The location is 777 Cardero St in downtown Vancouver. The rent is $600, with a security deposit of $300 and a key deposit of $100. The rent includes rice, detergent, and hydro. Although the building has coin laundry, I have my own laundry in the suite, so you won’t need to pay for coin laundry. Additionally, I clean the common areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) every week, so you don’t have to clean the common areas.
