**入居開始日: 10月1日**
長期契約が優先されますが、ご希望に応じて短期滞在も考慮されます。

**イエールタウンのマスタールーム - 月額 $1,750（2人まで、1人あたり $875）**
特別割引：10月の最初の月は $1,500（1人あたり $750）。この部屋には専用バスルームがあります。

**イエールタウンのリビングルーム（パーテーションで区切られた部屋）- 月額 $850**
最初の月割引：10月は $750。この部屋はコンパクトなプライベートスペースで、バスルームは3人と共有です。

韓国や日本からの入居者も海外からの予約が可能です。各部屋には、折りたたみベッド、机、収納、ワードローブ、寝具が完備されています。

### 含まれる設備：
- 清潔な寝具、家具、質の高いマットレスを提供
- 調理器具、炊飯器、コーヒーポット、トースターなどが揃った完全装備のキッチン
- ご飯、食器用洗剤、掃除用品などの共有必需品を提供
- 高速インターネットが含まれています

- 分割されたスペースで快適な共有リビングルーム

a nice furnished small room with own private bathroom room in city of Vancouver (close downtown)

 Nanaimo St & Hastings St
 This room is shear one kitchen with other 2 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns

• The place on rent is the living room space, which has 2 room dividers.
This turns into a semi-private area.

• There is a table to study, chair, shelves, linens, lamp, closet, and bed in the living room. The living room opens to a balcony.

This is not a shared living room. The living room is intended for 1 person only

• The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice maker, pots, etc

Utilities are included: Hydro and WIFI internet

• The bedroom is used by a couple. We both work.

• This is a great opportunity to practice your English.

• The apartment is located in a great place in downtown. It is close to Denman and Robson Street. It is near Safeway, Shoppers, No frills, restaurants, bus stop, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Joe Fortes Library.

• We are looking for a nice, clean, and tidy female roommate who will stay at the apartment for at least 4 months. Longer staying is also possible.
The place on rent is suitable for somebody who studies/works and parties outside.

We are looking for a roommate who is :
• clean and tidy (makes her own bed nicely, keeps the house clean and tidy, doesn't make a mess, etc)
• a full time student or a full time worker or a student that also works
• likes to keep the house clean and tidy
• doesn't have too much luggage (1 or 2 luggage is ok)
• easy going and responsible
• Doesn't fry her food or uses oil (we like to keep the house smelling nice and clean)
