バスルームとキッチンはシェアとなります。

ダウンタウンへは、Fraserの通りから8番のバスで行く事が出来ます。また、King Edwardの通りから25番のバスで、スカイトレインのナナイモ駅とカナダラインのキングエドワード駅に行く事も出来ます。家の近くには大きなスーパーもありますし、Fraserの通りには色々なお店があるので便利です。

This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 4 boys 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center

I am seeking someone to share a room with a couple on Robson and Caldero Street.

Available from October.
Monthly rent is $900
Deposit is $450

per private room
Internet and electricity are included in the rent
Refrigerator, freezer, toilet, kitchen, dishwasher, plates, cutlery
There is a large laundry room in the basement of the apartment.

Conveniently located 15 minutes walk from Stanley Park and English Bay
The bus stop is next to the building and public bicycles are also available.
There are several supermarkets nearby.

I have two cats, so cat lovers are welcome I

have welcomed many Japanese exchange students as roommates, so you can talk to them if you have any concerns.



My wife and I live on Robson and Cardero St.

I have a large private furnished room in my large 2 bedroom apartment available now or October 1st. You will be living with one person only myself a female canadian born in Vancouver. I do have a large dog and cat so you must love animals. They do not go in your room though.
Location is MARPOLE (Granville and 70th). There is a bus stop right in front of building to canada line less than 10 minutes and the #10 a few blocks away direct downtown which is 15 to 20 minute bus ride. #17 also a few blocks away other direction direct downtown. This is also close to LANGARA and 30 minute bus ride to UBC. Safeway, liquor store, dollar store, library a few blocks away

MONTHLY RENT IS $800 PLUS $50 A MONTH FOR INTERNET AND HYDRO IS EVERY 2 MONTHS SPLIT 50/50 APROXIMATELY $20 EACH PER MONTH
It is an older building on the ground floor above ground and there is also a lovely little private garden area for our use only. There is coin laundry in building
