• We are looking for a nice, clean, and tidy female roommate who will stay at the apartment for at least 4 months. Longer staying is also possible.
The place on rent is suitable for somebody who studies/works and parties outside.

• clean and tidy (makes her own bed nicely, keeps the house clean and tidy, doesn't make a mess, etc)
• a full time student or a full time worker or a student that also works
• likes to keep the house clean and tidy
• doesn't have too much luggage (1 or 2 luggage is ok)
• easy going and responsible
• Doesn't fry her food or uses oil (we like to keep the house smelling nice and clean)
