We are looking for a responsible, reliable, mature, honest, clean, mature, quiet, female roommate to rent a beautiful peaceful home, fully furnished room in a modern, super quiet, private house located near Kitsilano Beach and Jericho Beach, just a few meters from the ocean. UBC Campus is 10 minutes away by several bus lines.

Our modern, private home is just steps from the ocean, nestled in a friendly neighborhood amidst the scenic Westside beaches, vibrant coffee shops, delightful restaurants, and various retail outlets of Kitsilano.

Home Amenities:
- Super clean, female-only bathroom and shower facilities.
- Quiet atmosphere conducive to study and privacy.
- Proximity to UBC (3 minutes to bus) and downtown (a few minutes to bus).
- Rent inclusive of all utilities, high-speed internet, and laundry access.

Ideal Candidate:

The house location is in West Kitsilano which is a very safe neighborhood close to all the wonderful Westside beaches, yoga studios, gyms, cool coffee shops, excellent restaurants, and varied retail outlets in Kitsilano.

The room is extremely private, super clean, and exceptionally quiet. Other features of the house are close proximity to a warm bathroom and warm shower. The building is well maintained and is also very secure.

Our room share would be the ultimate location for a serious student wanting to focus on their studies, or a person wanting a lot of privacy and quiet time. UBC buses are approximately 3 minutes away. Downtown buses are 4 minutes away. Rent includes utilities, fast internet, and laundry.

Availability:
Room is available starting October 25 or November 1. The current monthly rent is $1,000.00.

This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 2 tenants 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people 
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns
*15 minutes to SFU
*Close to community center
