This’s a fully furnished house with one bedroom available for anyone male or female interested. My name is Slash, 28 years. I was born and brought up in Vancouver BC. The house is located at 7928 Yukon St, Vancouver, BC V5X 2Y7. The room is very neat with personal bathroom, laundry and well equipped kitchen. We want someone polite and friendly to take up the room. The rent is $800 monthly with security deposit of $200 and the lease agreement is month to month. Utilities included. I will like to share more information with you if interested.

ダウンタウンにあるアパートメントでリビングシェアしてくれる方を探しています。
日本人女性限定の3人で住んでいる物件です。
長期間、とにかく綺麗に静かに住んで下さる方、ルールをしっかり守れる方でお願いします。
(在宅で勉強や仕事をしないフルタイムで働いている方/学生の方を探しています。)

ダウンタウンの中心地で、どこに行くにもアクセスしやすいですし、夜は静かで落ち着いて暮らせます。

お買い物は10分圏内に、IGAスーパーマーケット、コンビニ屋、Hannamスーパーマーケット、London Drugs、Shoppersなどが揃っているので不自由しません。レストランも豊富です。

電車は、10分圏内にバラード駅とバンクーバーシティーセンター駅の両方があります。
バスも、バラードストリートのバス停まで5分ほどで2番McDonald、10分ほどでグランビルストリートの
4,6,10,14,16,50番にアクセス出来ます。

家賃︰$900(インターネット、光熱費、共有の消耗品込み)

光熱費やネット料金、紙製品が高いカナダでは、お得だと思います。
デポジットは、$600です。(鍵デポジット込み)
退出時に、家具や鍵の破損、紛失などがなければ返金されます。(家の共有部を含む)
ミニマムステイは、6か月となっています。

キッチン、バスルームは他のルームメイトと共有ですが、まめに掃除もされていて綺麗です。
キッチン用具も揃っているので、自炊する方でも不便を感じないと思います。
バスルームは、リノベーションをしているのでとても綺麗です。

トイレットペーパー、キッチンペーパー、食器用洗剤、スポンジ、ハンドソープ、掃除用具等などの共有の消耗品は買って来てくれたものを使えます。

洗濯は、アパートメントの一階のランドリールームで行います。洗濯機/$3.00、乾燥機/$2.50です。
(そちらは各自で負担になります。)


お部屋はリビングシェアですが、過去に住んでいた方達はとても気に入って1年以上住まれる方ばかりでした。天井まで届くパーテーションで仕切られているので、寝る時に隣の部屋の明るさで寝れないということも無く、大きな机があるので、勉強なども不自由なくできます。プライバシーも十分に確保できるので安心して住んでいだたけると思います。
