Hello, we will have a huge master bedroom available in a gorgeous 8-bedroom shared house. This room has a spacious walk-in closet, a large private bathroom with a jacuzzi, and a big private balcony. There are 2 kitchens in the house.
We're making every effort to keep the common spaces in the house thoroughly clean. If you are not confident in cleaning and tidying up, please do not apply.

Rent: $1420 (+$300 for a couple)
Available date: October 1st (minimum 5 months)
Room size: 5.5 x 4.4 m (260sf) + walk-in closet + balcony + a large bathroom including a jacuzzi (jetted tub)
Furnished: queen size bed, bedding, couch, desk, table, chair, small fridge, etc.
Current housemates: 4 Canadians, 2 Indians, 1 American, 1 Japanese, (mixed gender and occupation, average age: around 30)
Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, laundry (washing machine & dryer), and cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a door lock.
- You are free to use cooking utensils such as dishes, pans, and pots.

- You may bring friends to the house, but they can only stay for a maximum of six nights per month as this is a shared house.

- Bus #22 brings you here from downtown (Waterfront Station) for about 45 minutes without transferring (#N8 runs all night)
