This room is shear one bathroom and kitchen with other 2 tenants 👶(international students)they are very friendly. it Is very bright and clean . This price is in clouding all utilities. Free high speed Internet and laundry it's very good for a international student or work visa people
Here is very good location (Nanaimo St & Trimph St) close many supermarkets restaurants banks library and park. convenient to do everything it is Close to bus station : number R5), 4, 7, 16,14 and 210
*10 minutes to Downtowns

*Close to community center

10月1日から入居できる日本人の方1名を探しております。家は二階建てで、２階にオーナーが住んでおり、一階がシェアハウスとなります。オーナーの住んでる2階と玄関口は異なるので会うことは滅多にありません。
シェアハウスは日本人男性２名と住んで頂きます。
場所はスカイトレインのナナイモ駅からバスで5分、バス停も3分程度の距離です。
共有スペースはキッチン、トイレ、洗面所、ランドリー乾燥機となります。
共有スペースは日頃から綺麗にしているので、綺麗好きな方大歓迎です。
